LIABILITY FOR CONTENT
In accordance with § 7 Abs.1 TMG, as a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages pursuant to general legislation. However, in accordance with §§ 8 to 10 TMG we, as service providers, are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to search for reasons that may indicate illegal activity. This does not affect our obligation to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation. Liability in this regard, however, is only given from the moment we become aware of an actual infringement. If we become aware of such infringements we will remove the content without delay.
LIABILITY FOR LINKS
Our offering contains links to third-party websites where we have no influence on the content. We are therefore unable to adopt any liability for the content of third-party websites. The provider or operator of linked websites is exclusively responsible for the content of the linked websites. Linked websites were checked for potential infringements at the time of linking. No such infringements were ascertainable at the time of linking. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked websites is, however, unreasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. We will delete such links immediately should we become aware of such an infringement.
The content and works created on these pages by the operators are governed by German copyright law. Any duplication, editing, dissemination and any form of use outside of copyright boundaries require the prior written consent of the respective author or originator. Downloads and copies of these pages are permitted exclusively for private, non-commercial use. Third-party copyrights to content on these pages that was not created by the operators will be observed. In particular, third-party content will be identified as such. Should you nonetheless become aware of a copyright infringement we kindly ask you to report it to us. We will delete the content immediately should we become aware of such an infringement.
if the Internet offers the possibility of entering personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses) then the input of these data takes place expressly on a voluntary basis. The use and payment of all offered services is - insofar as technically possible and reasonable - also possible without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias. The use of postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and email addresses published in the context of the legal notice or comparable data by third parties for the purpose of providing unsolicited information that was not expressly requested is prohibited. Legal action against the senders of spam emails in the event of a violation of this prohibition is expressly reserved.
